WHAT IS RSG?

Ready, Set, Grow (RSG) is an annual Career Conference hosted by Alpha Kappa Psi & Delta Sigma Pi. The goal of RSG is to foster an environment where both students and professionals can build mutually beneficial relationships. Our conference not only focuses on professional development but also promotes the growth of community within both GW and DC.

Our fall, tenth annual Ready, Set, Grow Career Conference, was held on Saturday, October 4th, 2025. The conference featured industry panels focusing on the fields of Accounting, Consulting, Data & Technology, Entrepreneurship, Government & Economics, Finance, Hospitality & Real Estate, International Business, and Marketing.
